ULTRA bottles contain more gas then the ORIGINAL and the PLUS size.  In addition, they come equipped with gauges to show how full the cylinder is, and the torch pressure setting.

In summary, a 20L water capacity bottle pumped to high pressure, and supplied with a built-in regulator.
